About Us

Bristol Welsh Male Voice Choir is a new venture consisting of a small group of men who enjoy singing not only Welsh songs - think of Myfanwy, Calon Lan, Suo Gan - but also songs in English and other languages as appropriate.

There is no requirement to be a Welsh speaker - in fact none of the current members are Welsh speakers - or even to have Welsh blood! The only requirement, other than enjoying singing, is that you have a go at Welsh pronunciation.

No audition is required or the ability ro read music. We get together every three weeks on a Wednesday evening in Clifton.
